Welcome to our neighborhood!

Pay your 2024 dues now via PayPal

Harvard Acres Homeowners Association (HAHA) has a volunteer-run Social Committee. The Social Committee collects elective dues annually to cover maintenance, insurance, and taxes for common land. We are happy to receive more or less based on personal means. We use surplus funds to host and promote social events, like the ice cream social and annual picnic.

This year, we are asking you to donate $50 per household. This money will ensure that our communal areas are kept clean and safe. We won’t tackle any significant initiatives this year, but we are building up our funds to fully resurface the tennis courts when the time comes.

You can pay online via PayPal using the following link:

You can also pay your dues by check mailed to HAHA, 361 Harvard Road, Stow, MA 01775. Thank you for paying dues!

While we mail our printed newsletter out only once a year, over the summer we send out more regular communications via our email newsletter so make sure to sign up!

We Need Your Help

All of the HAHA activities are run by volunteers. If you’d like to contribute time for new community-building activities, we can help you make them happen. New ideas (like pickleball) are always welcome!

Join the social committee to see how you can foster this community with us, or email us about your next great neighborhood event: socialcommittee@harvardacres.com

Calling HAHA high schoolers! Are you looking for community service hours? We are looking for some folks with strong backs, arms, ideas, and work ethics! Let us know.

Tennis Court Resurfacing

In 2022, we hired a professional to fill the cracks and imperfections so we can continue to use the courts safely while we build the funds to resurface. Resurfacing is a substantial undertaking that will cost upwards of $20,000 and we will need to get this done in the next 4-5 years. We do not yet have the funds in our savings to cover this critical investment.

Please consider an additional donation to help us reach our goal more quickly.

The Harvard Acres Homeowners Association (HAHA) collects voluntary annual dues to cover the taxes, insurance, and maintenance of the common land, as well as family friendly activities within our neighborhood community.

The HAHA Social Committee is a group of neighborhood volunteers who meet annually to organize events and help maintain the common area.

Harvard Acres Common Land on Conant Drive

The 300 acres of land that is now Harvard Acres was once a dairy farm, which was owned and operated by the Otto Stein family for almost 60 years. Development of Harvard Acres began in the late 1960s and continued through the early 1980s. Here is an original brochure for the neighborhood:

The above aerial photo depicts the western side of the neighborhood circa 1970. The Delaney project had not been completed when this photo was taken. The photo shows the west end of Kirkland Drive, and Conant Drive is running across at the top. Also notice that the pond beyond the tennis courts had not been completed at this point.
